nn nn n nn nn Key Points: nn 10-12 week contract engagement either W2, 1099, or C2C 100% remote position MUST have experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, ideally specific to IT Infrastructure and Cloud.

nn n nn nn Summary: nn nnCurrent seeking an Sr.

M&A IT Product Manager to work alongside our Technology M&A Practice to build a post-merger IT infrastructure playbook/template for future client engagements.nn nn n nn nn Requirements: nn This will require meeting with internal stakeholders including Consultants, Managers, and Directors to understand past successful processes and procedures during engagements, valuable lessons and tools used, etc.

Gather requirements and consolidate this information into a reusable playbook/template for future M&A consultants to abide by.

This end goal is to reduce M&A client engagements and carve-outs from 12 weeks to 7 weeks.

nn n nn nn Some of the specifics include: nn Someone who has experience working on M&A projects
– specifically (IMO) Integration Management Office, (SMO) Separation Management Office, or (TMO)Transformation Management Office projects —desired, not required.

Person needs to be organized and motivated so that can keep the project moving with some oversight Experience as a product manager and/or creating product roadmaps Experienced or senior consultant level nn n nn nn More detailed specifications: nn nnTasks that this person would be responsible for are:nn nn n nn nn PMO Activities for the project nn Kickoff Deck Execution Project plan
– For this effort based on input from POCs in the methodology areas (we have a high level workplan in our presentation attached) Includes getting specific WBS from the POCs that are helping with actual accelerator materials
– we want this person to work with the POCs to agree on deadlines and hold them to it Status reports
– meeting invites/agendas nn n nn nn Methodology Materials (Some of this involves them getting information from the Tower/Workstream POCs nn Teams site/File Collection Taxonomy
– Organize how we collect materials Product Roadmap
– where do we want to get to and how do we roll-out and update… Validating value message and differentiators Feature functionality Markets Milestones Investments expected Solution Overview for Each Tower/Workstream Sales and Marketing Material Creation/Compilation Marketing Plan
– External BD Templates Walking Deck One-pager KTS (Knowledge Transfer System) and roll-out plan
– Internal PT SOW
