nn nn As a reflection of our current growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Senior Director, Talent Management.

This is a vital role that will partner with the SVP, Talent in leading the organizational talent management strategy, planning, & execution with the aim of growing and engaging a diverse workforce that drives business performance.

Reporting to the SVP of Talent Management, he or she will bring deep domain and operational expertise to play a transformative role redefining and building a full range of talent initiatives.

These include performance management, talent review, succession planning, career-pathing and individual team member development. These initiatives will be supported with strong change management, which drives an enterprise-wide culture and understanding of talent management’s value and purpose.

nn nResponsibilitiesn Operationalize a holistic talent management strategy that strengthens human capital and drives business decisions / results Proactively work to integrate and embed talent management processes & initiates with talent acquisition and total rewards to enhance bench strength and critical talent pipelines Collaborate with Field HR Directors to translate current and future needs of the business into talent management strategies and practices Identify metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability, measure results and optimize the impact of talent management Develop an integrated performance management strategy that drives a pay for performance culture Institute a comprehensive talent review / succession planning continuum that allows for identification of top talent in all parts of the organization Develop career paths / a career lattice for key roles Serve as the resident expert on external talent management trends and innovations Institutionalize clear and accurate talent management marketing and communications across the organization Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives, measure project performance against defined KPIs Conduct post project reviews, analyze process results to make changes and recommendations Other duties and responsibilities as assigned nMinimum Education and Experiencen Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resources Development, or related field preferred 15+ years of talent management or related human resources experience with a minimum of 5 years experience building talent solutions, tools and resources within a large-scale organization 5+ years direct managerial experience including building and developing a high-performing team Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines – experience building and executing organizational initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated excellence in building partnerships at all levels within the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple complex initiatives Strong emotional intelligence Proficiency with Workday is strongly preferred Proven creative and strategic thinker with strong business acumen nn About Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
