The company is headquartered in Chicago and operates three manufacturing plants in Little Chute, WI, Leitchfield, KY, and Brookings, SD.Job Description Summary:The E-commerce sales manager for Bel Brands USA (BBUSA) will play a critical role in scaling the E-commerce business for Bel in the US.

Working directly for the Sr Manager of E-commerce, this position will be responsible for ensuring excellent e-business coaching and execution within the sales across Bel internally.

As part of the strategic sales and capabilities team (SS+C), this position will also be responsible for pure player’s P+Ls via sales planning and execution.

This role is both tactical and strategic in nature and will continue to expand as omnichannel and e-retail evolves.

The e-commerce sales manager role will be key to scaling more strategic projects withing Sales while contributing directly to Bel’s long-term business goals in the USA.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales Planning, Execution, and Growth on Pure Player E-retail Business (60%):+ Responsible for P+L, meeting sales growth and profitability goals at e-com pure players: Amazon, FreshDirect, Instacart, Shipt, Boxed, Rosie, etc.+ Directly interface with these retailers for sell in, planning, and partnership development+ Lead the planning, launch, optimization, and reporting on pure players sales & ASM plans+ E-commerce sales strategy and annual planning to exceed growth goals + Plan and execute shopper marketing/merchandising within plans for the year: Paid search, digital endcaps, secondary display’s, etc.+ Consult for other Bel retailer sales teams on benchmarking, reporting, and optimization guidance to the field+ Collaborate with SS+C & shopper marketing team to collect and report on all e-commerce activations, input to Bel e-com scorecard and review with Sr.

manager monthly for opportunities+ Audit content on an ongoing basis (quarterly) for your retail customers to ensure optimized and complete digital shelves + Collaborate with Sr.

E-commerce Manager on global partnership negotiations, growth projects, and innovation execution for your retailersEnable Sales and Marketing Teams to Drive E-Business (40%):+ Collaborate with strategic sales and capabilities team to implement tools, technology, and develop team knowledgebase for e-retail/e-commerce+ Lead Digital shelf tool onboarding, analysis, and projects for retailers and field teams+ Identify business opportunities and outline actions for field team to close gaps/sell more+ Track and standardize assortment, OOS, and promotion replication, content compliance+ Train and provide solution consulting to field teams/Acosta as they are using the tool+ Help negotiate 2021 Data Impact contract with Sr.

Manager+ Share learnings across brands and retailers on key ecommerce growth pillars+ Continually identify, test, and scale opportunities to grow sales on e-business with Sr.

manager: retail excellence projects, tool development, e-com education, new retailers/formats+ Directly interface with brand and shopper marketing teams to execute e-commerce programs+ Develop a deep knowledge of US food e-business: Research, share, and apply best practices with Sr.

manager, SS+C, marketing, and field teams on an ongoing basisQualifications and Competencies+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of e-commerce sales, marketing, or sales analytics experience.

Experience in CPG preferred.

+ Sales Planning and execution in e-retail with large scale retailers in the US+ Experience selling on pure player e-commerce platforms like AmazonSpecific competencies required:+ Ability to work across teams in an unstructured and continuously evolving duel role+ Amazon execution and familiarity on platforms/technology they use (Vendor Central)+ Understanding CPG e-retail marketplace, major players, technology, and leaders in space + Must have expertise in e-commerce CPG analysis and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork and strategic thinking skills+ Experience utilizing various E-com tools and technology (Profitero, Syndigo, 1Space, etc.) + Familiarity with syndicated research and retailer data sources (IRI, Nelsen, Kroger Stratum)+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.+ Proven track record of coordinating communication across the entire organization.

+ Advanced MS Office skills with a focus on ExcelPerformance Expectations: Quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and thoroughness of work performed; ability to gain the trust and respect of management, coworkers and brokers; maintain the integrity of confidential business and product information; ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with other employees is essential to accomplish goals and objectives of the department.Working Conditions: Work is performed largely in an office environment.

Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week.

At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines, and other concerns.
