nn nnOur Commercial Product division is growing, and were establishing a new Clinical Products team, tasked with reimagining our behavioral health, chronic conditions, and womens health product portfolio by introducing digitally-enabled virtual capabilities to improve access to critical services while lowering costs for people struggling with costly and complex health issues.nn nnAs a senior product manager, you will own your products and be the source of truth for them.

You will combine data, marketplace research, and your knowledge of our clients evolving needs and changing competitive landscape to guide and rationalize your product roadmap planning and execution.

You will also lead collaborative projects with multidisciplinary stakeholders across Anthem to oversee and shape the creation of new products from concept to launch.

nn nnEnsures collaborative workflow and checks and balances are maintained at each stage of development by following Anthems Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) approach.nn nnDetermines customer needs and preferences through research and analysis of industry technology, current processes, and other methods.

nn nnRoutinely track product and reports performance and relevant changes in the competitive environment.nn nnSupports the development of short and long-term strategic product promotions in support of market, sales, and profitability objectives.

nn nnEnsures products meet competitive and legislative needs.

nn nnIdentifies operating requirements to support short and long-term product strategy.

nn nnRefines policies/process that increases speed and agility of our product development approachnn nnQualifications nn nnRequires a BA/BS degree; 4-6 years of relevant industry experience (product/program management, product planning/strategy); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.nn nnDirect product management experience with digitally-enabled behavioral health, chronic conditions, and/or womens health is highly desirable.nn nnProven experience defining and managing cross-functional teams.nn nnDemonstrated results in three or more of the following areas required: Product Development, Program Management, Market Strategy, Market Research, or Risk Management.nn nnMBA preferred.nn nnAnthem, Inc.
