Job Description:The Adobe M C Change Manager will be responsible for helping to define and will execute the communications, training and learning to drive adoption of this new technical solution for over 100 M C teams.

This person will provide knowledge and experience related to the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage change and foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change.

This role will help our Marketing & Communications employees understand the benefits of new technology solutions, train them on the solution and ensure widespread adoption.

This requires a strategic thinker who can operate independently to develop and execute a thorough plan and approach to obtain these objectives.A professional at this position level within the Marketing and Communications Delivery Excellence team has the following responsibilities: Become intimately familiar with the structure of the Marketing & Communications organization and develop relationships to be the single point of contact for all training and solution related inquiry needs.

Collaborate and work cross-workstream with key partnership groups such as Operations & Governance initially and Delivery to stay abreast of upcoming outages, changes and communications that may need to be delivered in real-time Engage with leadership and stakeholders to identify impacts and success criteria for adoption Design adoption and embedment strategies with value propositions to obtain increased engagement.

This includes a communications plan, learning agenda and feedback mechanisms.

Understand and be able to work within technology solutions and process changes to develop robust training materials from current solutions to new solutions leveraging vendor training materials.

This includes a learning strategy and implementation of best practices comprised of a unique training plan for each level or role within the organization.

Closely follow strategic direction set by senior management to establish robust timelines for training, participation and adherence to solution deadlines.

Plan, schedule, conduct and manage attendance and participation of training sessions across numerous time zones with more than 1,200 Accenture Marketing & Communication employees.

Maintain end user / stakeholder distribution lists, training material and recording information.

For example, Circle, FAQs, Microsoft Teams and other resources.

In addition, identifies ways for team members to better engage in knowledge-sharing and collaboration across Accenture, and ensures it happens.

Constantly assess and analyze learning and adoption progress to evolve approach based on metrics to ensure success Escalate when appropriate but have confidence to act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

Describe immediate and long-term impacts and benefits of options or decisions.
