If you’re looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.Responsibilities:+ Business and technical requirements capture and translation, hypothesis-driven consulting, work stream and project management and client relationship development+ Translate advanced business data, integration and analytics problems into technical approaches that yield actionable recommendations, across multiple, diverse domains; communicate results and educate others through design and build of insightful visualizations, reports and presentations+ Deliver client analytics project work stream through data ingestion, validation, mining and engineering, as well as modeling, visualization and client communication deliverables+ Build analytics solutions using variety of big data technologies and analytics tools as required by the client and create robust documentation of solutions and underlying design decisions and operating procedures+ Deliver integration-based architectural blueprint documents and perform requirements-gathering workshops to influence the discovery of integrations and APIs and their strategic direction of the program and/or project+ Support project leaders in tracking and communicating project risks, budget, rates and launch/closeout activities, including the administration of work papers and collaboration sites and proactively broaden and deepen client relationships by working with varying levels of client team membersQualifications:+ Minimum five years of recent IT experience as an Integration Architect, Designer or Developer+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university+ Proficiency with sophisticated analytics tools, programming languages and visualization platforms+ Experience driving technical workshops with technical and business clients to derive value added services and implementations+ Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate, document and communicate meaningful information at all levels of Executives, Senior Managers and Associates across business and technology organizations+ Hands-on working knowledge of topics such as data security, messaging patterns, ELT, Data wrangling and cloud computing and proficiency in data integration/EAI and DB technologies, sophisticated analytics tools, programming languages or visualization platforms+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future and travel as neededKPMG LLP (the U.S.
