The Global Immigration Manager, Major Accounts will work closely with client contacts to ensure client procedures and international immigration regulations are met. It is common for a position of this seniority to manage a large client volume with matters located across multiple regions, as well as supervise more junior members of the Firm’s Team. 

As the successful candidate, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee client matters across the Americas, EMEA, and/or Asia Pacific regions via internal regional teams and global network partners
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients
  • Provide clients with country-specific advice and overall global policy strategy
  • Create/update client-specific protocols, procedures, and policies and provide training as necessary
  • Review all emails and data on specific client accounts to ensure adherence to client protocols and Service Level Agreements
  • Assist in resolving client issues related to service levels including handling client escalations and processing RCA
  • In some instances, continue case processing for matters escalated by client (determination to be made by GAM)
  • Contribute towards the training and development of Global Team members on various global immigration issues and country procedures, as needed
  • Ensure client and internal billing procedures are followed accurately in addition to reviewing client invoices
  • Resolve any client issues as it pertains to global billing in conjunction with Head of Global and Finance
  • Streamline client specific processes and requirements
  • Monitor immigration trends and issues in key destination countries and update impacted clients as needed
  • Lead client calls
  • Assist clients with developing global policy
  • Provide immigration training to clients as requested
  • Work with assigned Envoy CRM’s to ensure use and adoption of the Envoy platform
  • Participate in the interview process and onboarding of new global team members
  • Serve as a secondary resource for case coverage when case managers are out of office
  • Maintain client fee schedule and provide fee quotes to clients and case managers

In order to be eligible for this role, you will possess the following:

  • Minimum of 4 x years managing a wide range of Global immigration matters
  • Minimum of 2-3 years occupying a Global client account management role
  • Experience managing/leading a team and encouraging other team members
  • Proven ability to communicate with all levels of a client’s organization
  • Professional and efficient management and resolution of client concerns or escalations
  • Strong time management, people management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement
  • Proven experience managing team members while ensuring client cases, procedures and billing needs are fully met
  • Ability to work and collaborate across various departments and all company levels
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
