As a tax senior manager, you will beresponsible for the following, which are focused around your technicalexpertise and ability to work as a collaborative team member to deliverexcellent client service: nn Advise wealthy clients on a full spectrum of taxservices including wealth transfer, charitable and retirement planning, and taxcompliance Lead the engagement team focused on individual,fiduciary, gift, generation-skipping and estate taxation.  This includes the planning and execution ofclient tax engagements and cross functional collaboration with other RSMspecialists Anticipate client needs and collaborate with RSMcolleagues in specialty tax areas as well as across lines of business to buildclient relationships and support growth Participate in prospective client proposals andintentionally plan to build new client relationships Deliver exceptional talent experience by buildingcollaborative teams, developing and mentoring team members Participate in local and national committees focusedon building technical expertise and strategic plans Develop and sustain strong relationships withclients, centers of influence and other RSM promoters through networking,thought leadership and community involvement Demonstrates alignment with RSM’s core values,vision and strategy while empowering people to work together in meaningful andproductive ways across the firm.

nn Basic Qualifications: nn Bachelor’s degree in accountingor business-related field CPA license in one’s principalplace of business/home state, licensed J.D.

or enrolled agent (with approvalfrom regional tax leader) Minimum of 8 years ofexperience working in public accounting, or law with an emphasis on privateclient taxation including working with ultra-high net worth individuals.

Most recent years should include experiencein leading all aspects of client engagements and driving growth Proficient in estate,gift, generation-skipping transfer, Individual, fiduciary,and investment partnership taxation, with an understanding of complexinvestments and the related tax implications.

Familiar with multi-statetaxation or individuals and trusts Strong communication skills(written and verbal) with the ability to lead collaborative teams and manage abook of business.
