nnNeocol, a global Salesforce partner is hiring a Change Management & Training Consultant.

The Change Management & Training consultant will lead and manage the people side of implementing strategic change engagements, develop and facilitate training to deliver best practices and enable adoption of Salesforce and integrated technologies.

The Change and Training Consultant must have demonstrated experience in enterprise change management, instructional design, adult learning principles and training Salesforce to end users.nn nn nn nnYou must be a collaborative team player, have strong consultative, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

Impeccable written, verbal and presentation/communication skills are essential in this role.nn nn nn nn Required Skills and Experience nn nn
● 3 years experience in a Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Training, Project Management or Business Analyst role.nn nn
● Proven track record of managing and applying change management, adult learning methodologies, utilizing industry tools and best practices to drive adoption.nn nn
● Experience developing communications plans, corporate and executive communication execution and workshop facilitation.nn nn
● Experience in creating training plans, training curriculum including the development of End User and Train the Trainer programs.

Documented experience creating persona based technical training in written, online and video formats.nn nn
● Change Practitioner education and certification such as Prosci, CCMP, PMInn nn
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Project Management tools.nn nn Key responsibilities for the Change Management and Training Consultant role are as follows:nn nn
● Become a trusted advisor, guide clients through all phases of the project utilizing change management and learning best practices.nn nn
● Drive organizational alignment of stakeholders in executive leadership, business SMEs, change agents, front line workers through change enablement and engagement activities essential to project success.nn nn
● Conduct change management workshops, stakeholder and executive interviews, observations with clients to assess change readiness.nn nn
● Document change strategy and plan recommendations based on input from workshops, interviews and stakeholder alignment activities.nn nn
● Develop communications and training plans based on best practices and understanding of impacted user groups.nn nn
● Execute written communications, facilitate workshops, create and manage a change agent network for all assigned clients/projects.nn nn
● Develop and deliver training curriculum based on client’s business processes, Salesforce workflow and integrated applications.

Provide training through all available channels: virtual classroom, webinars, videos.

Leverage a variety of learning and enablement tools to facilitate Salesforce End User or Train the Trainer training as defined by project.nn nn
