About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon Marketing Account Manager to join our fast-growing Amazon managed services team. We are a Chicago based startup that fills the Amazon knowledge gap for retail brands. Our name is impossible to say without a bit of enthusiasm – woo-rah! – and that’s what we strive to bring to the table every day.

You will have the opportunity to work with bold, unique brands that are focused on growth. You will deep dive into data, develop client strategies, and own the results. You will also be part of a team of ecommerce experts who develop innovative strategies that produce results for our partners. We are looking for people who can own outcomes and thrive in a start-up environment. You will be an early hire with equity stake in the company so you can participate in our shared success.

Responsibilities

  • Build Meaningful Client Relationships: Design Amazon channel solutions for client’s business goals, analyze results and craft useful reports, and structure weekly client engagements. Develop deep, trustworthy relationships with clients.
  • Client Strategy: Analyze Amazon advertising data, tap internal processes and synchronize with client goals to develop advertising strategies that drive results.
  • Execute Amazon Advertising Strategies: Manage Amazon advertising investment for a variety of ad types across a portfolio of 5 – 15 clients. Deliver consistent results for client goals. 
  • Be a Knowledge Leader in Amazon paid advertising: Consistently educate yourself on new Amazon advertising programs and opportunities. Build paths for client adoption.
  • Contribute to the Process: Listen to the client to gather meaningful feedback and improve the service offerings.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of Amazon advertising and marketing expertise
  • 4 year degree

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field such as digital marketing
  • Experience in customer-facing role
  • Passion for data analysis
