They willsell the Paycom suite of Human Capital Management technologyproducts and services to clients in an assigned region.RESPONSIBILITIES * Building long-lasting client relationships withprospects within assigned territory * Cold call potential clientsaccording to the assigned metrics and respond to Inside Sales leadsof companies with 50 employees or more * Establish new accounts byforecasting sales, researching, setting appointments, andpresenting with the intent to persuade stakeholders to the Paycomsolution * Generating leads through prospecting and building aconsistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business * Sustaina pipeline of suitable appointments and move prospects through thesale process quickly and efficiently * Maintains knowledge ofPaycom products and services * Responsible for completing the SalesRepresentative training while maintaining and/or exceeding assignedmetrics * Participates in weekly sales topics to continue toenhance product knowledge * Generate and develop new clientaccounts to increase revenue * Assist with and attend firstimplementation meeting for all new clients * Anticipate and discussclient needs and facilitate solutions * Performs other duties asassigned Qualifications MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification: * Bachelors degree required Experience: *1+ year of experience in a sales environment with a record ofexceeding goals which may be demonstrated through activities suchas previous sales work, competitive internships, or excelling insales competitions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification: * Bachelors degree required in Sales,Business management, Communications, Marketing or similar coursesof study Experience: * 3 years or more of experience in acompetitive sales environment with a record of success exceedinggoals or * 1+ year of Inside Sales experience at PaycomSkills/Abilities: * Customer Service: Ability to analyze the needsof a client and provide strategic business solutions * Experiencewith Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook *Achieves/exceeds appointment and Sales Metrics * Excellent writtenand verbal communication * Highly motivated and results-oriented *Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and timemanagement skills * Solid problem solving and consultative skillsrequired * Self-directed with the ability to work in a structuredand fast-paced team sales environment * Product and payrollknowledge is a plus Paycom is an equal opportunity employer andprohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
