Join us at Guidehouse.nn nnResponsibilitiesnn nnThis is an Adult Learning, Change Management, and Instructional Design focused role working within an existing federal organization.nn nnTraining Analyst will function at a Consultant staff level to support project teams both at client sites and internally.

The Training Analyst will support a federal government client with real property and acquisition training to help update and create virtual and in-person trainings as well as supporting materials in alignment with various federal, department, and agency requirements.nn nnKey Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, gap analysis on current trainings, requirements gathering and coordination with subject matter experts to update trainings, recommending and developing virtual trainings and other job aids, continuous learning monitoring to support timely certification renewals, and supporting updates to the online learning management system.

In addition, a successful Program Analyst I must demonstrate the following:nn nnStrong understanding of adult learning theory, change management, and instructional design.

nn nnDemonstrate a strong foundational knowledge of the clients operating environment to effectively inform delivery strategy and work product and deliverable development.

nn nnAbility to engage with the client to discuss work products and priorities and demonstrate critical thinking skills to determine when to escalate risks and issues to leadership for quick resolution.nn nnWe encourage career development and hiring for the long term.

As you develop project management skills and leadership abilities, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Senior Consultant staff level.nn nnQualificationsnn nnBachelors degree from an accredited school and 1-3 years work experience; Or a Masters degree from an accredited school and 1+ year work experiencenn nnExperience with instructional design, ADDIE model, or other adult learning theoriesnn nnExperience with conducting research, doing qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify areas for improvement and implementnn nnExperience with consensus building to facilitate work groups or subject matter expert interviewsnn nnExperience with developing and growing client relationshipsnn nnExperience developing virtual trainings and job aids in PowerPoint or similar mediumnn nnAbility to meet criteria for and be awarded a Public Trustnn nnCurrently reside or ability to relocate to the Washington, DC areann nnUS Citizenship restrictions apply nn nnPreferred Qualificationsnn nnAbove minimum qualifications and the following:nn nnCertified instructional designernn nnExperience with federal real property or acquisition processesnn nnCertified instructor or facilitatornn nnAdditional Requirementsnn nnThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.nn nnDisclaimernn nnAbout Guidehousenn nnGuidehouse is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
