For more information about our company, please visit pharmacann.com.Job DescriptionUnder the guidance of the Director of Asset Protection and Corporate Security, the Asset Protection Analyst will be responsible for providing moderately complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data of a moderately complex scope, where analysis requires a review of a variety of factors.

Works under general supervision and exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Analyzes and reports on the impact of current or proposed solutions.

Assists in driving change as needed, including the identification and leveraging of new or existing systems in support of data analytics.

This position will specifically support the Asset Protection, Compliance, and Procurement Divisions.Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)Perform moderately complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data for review and make recommendations to the more senior staff members in the department.Track, monitor, and measure the benefit of implemented solutions for moderately complex issues, applying company policies and procedures in the resolution of a variety of issues.Identifies and leverages data sources and tools/systems to analyze data for multiple departments.Communicate perceived risks to senior staff members and leadership with recommendations for mitigation.Compute metrics and analytics involving moderately complex issues.Develop analyze and disseminate moderately complex reports.Build productive internal/external working relationships to work collaboratively.Share knowledge with the team.Resolve moderately complex issues.Receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.Recommend streamlined processes and process improvements to more senior staff members.

Assist in driving change as needed.Build reports for various departments for distribution to store and cultivation leaders that monitor and target loss.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and/or at least 3 years of industry related experienceMinimum of 5 year of experience required in the public and/or private sectorProven Analytical skills and strong attention to detailExperience managing systems and workflow tools that handle large data sets.Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously Working conditionsThis role operates in a standard office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers etc.
