Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator Temporary positionAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our shared services human resources group within the talent acquisition team.You will be primarily responsible for all aspects of recruitment administration for a high volume hiring project including: candidate management, interview, tracking within Sharepoint and excel spreadsheets, and employee onboarding.

This role provides overall support while partnering with the Talent Acquisition team in the servicing of internal clients and candidates.This role will be based virtually within the US.This is a temporary role beginning immediately and will likely end in October, 2021.

Your Impact as aTalent Acquisition CoordinatorJob Responsibilities:Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including but not limited to: candidate management via internal Sharepoint sites and excel documents, schedule candidate interviews (digital, phone, in-person or video), send interview confirmations and calendar invites, follow up on background checks & licensing documents, support processes and data in our application tracking system, assist with general onboarding activities; Interact and develop relationships with all Aon colleagues across various levels, across multiple offices in a professional manner.

Act as liaison between the talent acquisition advisor, hiring manger and candidates throughout the entire hiring process; Work directly with our internal clients and talent acquisition advisors to ensure operational success from intake to new colleague onboarding; Follow up on onboarding documents via email and phone calls to new employees; Ensure all steps and recruitment processes are being followed in a logical and orderly manner; Provide tier 2 support to the talent acquisition advisors for our Applicant Tracking System and CRM ( iCIMS and Connect); Compile and present monthly reports, work on special projects, and help plan and coordinate recruiting and job fair events as needed; Provide overall administrative and operational support to the talent acquisition team.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Minimum of 1 3 years of relevant experience; Exposure working as part of a human resources or talent acquisition department is preferred; Superior oral and written communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information in a professional manner; Must be a highly motivated, self-starter, customer-service focused individual; Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to make decisions and develop creative solutions; Ability to work under deadlines, ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously is critical; Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities; Must be highly organized, results-orientated, with a strong attention to detail; Excellent Interpersonal skills, and ability to establish and develop relationships with clients, colleagues and candidates; Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment; Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems) or HR applications and systems such as (Workday, PeopleSoft) is preferred; A keen desire to learn; Must have a positive attitude combined with a desire to contribute to the success of Aon; andApplicants who do not have the industry experience, but have the required education and some administration skills will also be considered.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.The salary range reflected is an estimate, based on a primary work location of Colorado.
