Aon is looking for a Talent Acquisition ATS, Reporting & Analytics SpecialistAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Corporate Talent Acquisition virtually in the US.Your impact as a Talent Acquisition ATS, Reporting & Analytics SpecialistJob Purpose:The Talent Acquisition ATS, Reporting & Analytics Specialistpartners with Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders and managers in leading large project initiatives, leading change efforts, managing global TA relationships, and consulting as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Applicant Tracking System administration and Reporting.In addition to leading large scale global projects, this position is responsible for project participation, process creation, day-to-day administration, solutioning and support for assigned areas of Talent Acquisition operations; including training/change management, operational policies and procedure creation, SharePoint management and monitoring daily inquires and consulting through the Global TA Operations mailbox.Additionally, this role will lead in providing guidance to TA Operations functions in other regions to support regional usage of Global Talent Acquisition tools and platforms, SOPs and training strategies.

This role has accountability for providing support for the tools, technologies and services to facilitate Global TA operating model expectations.This role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Operations, and works closely with the Operations Team, Recruiting Managers, Recruiters and HR partners.Job Responsibilities:Areas of Responsibility:Innovation Solutions through Technology & ProcessManage ATS system administration tasks globally including field creation and layout, workflow management, career site administration, user and security role management, and documentation of configuration decisions and business requirements.Own functional requirements of outbound iCIMS integrations (Workday HRMS, background check vendors, and assessment vendors), including reviewing and assessing change requests.

Partner with Corporate Systems in creating, executing, validating testing plans, and change management.Shepherd the implementation of iCIMS upgrades and patches, including functionality impact analysis, testing validation, and communication/end user training.Global owner of Workday Requisition Business Process, responsible for configuration management, change requests, and approvals.Identify automation opportunities to improve delivery experience and drive strategic effectiveness initiativesProactively identify process/ technology risks, ensuring necessary corrective measures are implemented and supported by change management activities.

Perform root cause analysis, gap analysis and blueprint definitionDrive and consult on overall design, delivery, and analysis of the TA reporting function.

Interpreting client needs against data availability and process.

Provide guidance and directive to the Service Delivery reporting team to ensure global reporting needs are met.

This includes producing ad-hoc/standardized reporting for TA Leadership, Recruiting, Sourcing, Operations and Clients.

Accountable for the creation, analysis, and delivery of recruitment metrics, demand reports, and whole organization dashboards.Project/Change Management & PartnershipDrives Talent Acquisition projects from inception to completion, working with key stakeholders to define project, provideParticipates in other TA projects as defined by the Global TA Operations leader, including supporting ATS Implementation Project, focusing on end-to-end process evaluation and design and global stakeholder management.Develop and provide ongoing training/change management for stakeholders involved in the hiring process covering best-practices, process execution, and changes to features brought about by system upgrades.Responsible for communicating process and technology changes to key global stakeholder populations tracking change acceptance and any areas of training opportunity for TA or the businessStakeholder PartnershipRepresent TA Operations point of view in cross-functional and global projects, including troubleshooting TA-related issues.Partner with HRGO to stay abreast of back-end process enhancements to manage realistic expectations with stakeholders.Respond promptly to general inquiries seeking information on processes and concepts related to the TA operational approach.Research and respond to knowledge-based inquires on TA procedures and principles.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Maintains a deep understanding of a complex organization and recognizing global and regional differences in the recruitment life-cycle.Owns and ensures all TA standard operational procedure (SOP) documents are up-to-date and are kept readily available for stakeholders.Owns TA SharePoint and other support sites used to organize and present help and process documents.Leverages Global TA Operations Mailbox, working with other TA Ops colleagues, to ensure TA Technology user support and process support is provided to TA colleaguesYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Two plus years of deep technical applicant tracking system experience, with a strong preference for iCIMS.Strong process and operational expertise with emphasis on process design, solutioning, and documenting.

Ability to interconnect process and technology.Project management experience and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.Strong results orientation, highly self-motivated, and ability to work independently.Advance skill level with Microsoft Office suite, including pivot tables, charts, and VLOOKUPSExcellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detailAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high volume and high-pressure environmentStrong analytical skillsKnowledge of operational effectiveness methodologiesAbility to adapt to changing business priorities & environmentExperience with database administrationPreferred Experience:Workday knowledge preferredEducation:Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.We offer youAcompetitivetotal rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with agrowingworldwide organization.Thesalary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans.
