• Good verbal communication and written skills – contact with Blues Plans and Vendor customers and will be responsible to provide clear, understandable written documentation with issues that occurred and the solutions to resolve.
• Organized and flexible to perform a variety of tasks –  to work across multiple tasks throughout the day and meet aggressive service timelines.
• Microsoft Office Skills – need good Excel skills
• Some technical skills would be welcomed – SQL, familiar with Toad for example. 
• This is not a developer role, this is a service role, however it will benefit this person to have a technical aptitude that understands how relational data bases work.  
• Used “Service Now” or similar service management software for issue and resolution documentation and tracking. 
• Ideal candidate – Blues Provider and/or claims Data knowledge – but not required
• Ideal candidate – Team player – assertive with asking questions, sharing thoughts on process improvements and constructive interactions with team
