As a University Recruiting Associate you will execute programming in support of Grant Thornton’s university recruiting strategy.

Professional services recruiting is challenging, high volume, fast-paced and best in class.

The ideal candidate is innovative, collaborative and demonstrates strong project management skills.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**Project & Event Management* * Coordinate campus recruiting activities that include communications, campus programming, and interviewing.

* Execute all relevant recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, interviews, and offers.

* Support Internship programs and planning in assigned office.*Relationship Management* * Manage relationships with university contacts including departments chairs, key faculty and career services.

* Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

* Promote candidate communications and relationship management.

* Build strong relationships with leadership and campus partner champions.*Support of Campus Recruiting Strategy* * Work with business partners and campus teams to execute campus strategy to promote Grant Thornton’s brand and reputation at assigned universities.

* Attract and screen candidates based on skill set and relevant area of the business.

* Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses.

* Fill intern and entry level hiring needs for your assigned offices and service lines * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or a related major * Prior recruiting experience preferred * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment * Strong administrative skills, documentation skills, and detail-orientation and a demonstrated proficiency with reporting tools and databases * Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients * Ability to travel during peak recruiting seasons is required (once business assumes normal operations) * Flexibility with hours; ability to work overtime and evenings as needed * Computer literacy (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills) * Experience with Taleo, Oracle, Yello or HandshakeBenefitsGrant Thornton LLP promotes a nationally recognized culture of health and offers an extensive array of benefits to meet individual lifestyles.
