Regional Recruiting Lead – Midwest


This is a Full-time position in Chicago, IL posted February 23, 2021.

Our team delivers top insurance talent to the organization across all business lines and functions from Early Career talent to Experienced Insurance professionals.

We do this by collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, local and national HR partners, and business, university and industry leaders.nn nn Scope nn Expert Candidate Relations Strong Connection to Business Outcomes Client Interaction across represented business units and product lines Conduct initial and ad-hoc recruiting strategy meetings with hiring team.

Communicate needs to staff to generate referrals/leads.

Manage all aspects of candidate sourcing, including “cold” & “warm” calling into competitors to source qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screens to pre-qualify potential candidates.

Actively recruit candidates for the Mid-West region, as well as across North America, as needed.  Research competitive intelligence.

Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes.

Full life-cycle recruiting through offer stage.  Liaise through on-boarding.

Collaborate with North America Talent Acquisition & North America HR on Chubb North America hiring priorities n n Job Requirements: n nn Qualifications nn Bachelor’s Degree required.

3-5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a large firm or agency; experience with the insurance industry a plus.

Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required.

Knowledge of key recruiting and recruiting research craft skills.

Ability to operate within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization.

Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships.

Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires.

Good organizational skills.

Some knowledge of industry and technology trends, compensation and benefits.

Knowledge of skill sets of various practice areas.

Ability to effectively work with other people and be collaborative and diplomatic.

Negotiating skills.

Proficient in office systems (MS Office Suite, candidate tracking systems).

Taleo experience is a plus.
