Architect Identity Manager

Mandatory Technical Skills A candidate who has a proven background in the comprehensive architecture and design of complex Identity Management platforms (end to end) Strong experience in not only the creation of a modern design, but in the interdependencies and approach of migrating from legacy systems (e-Directory, NetIQ) Expertise in technologies such as Radiant Logic, Sailpoint, Ping, CyberArk, and AD Looking for a candidate that has had experience architecting a plan to migrate from one identity platform to SailPoint. Experience successfully accomplishing this at a largecomplex enterprise would be preferred. Understanding of connections and integrations with Radiant Logic or a similar directory Understanding or has worked with PAM (Privileged Access Management) applications like CyberArk or Beyond Trust Understanding and knowledge of federation tools like Ping or Okta in both an on-premise and cloud architecture. Demonstrated ability to absorb and comprehend existing plans, designs, and approach to assess, re-evaluate, and take charge in the strategic path forward. Quick-thinking and results-oriented timelines are tight and the project is in need of the expertise required to get delivery back on track and producing results Ability to assess work efforts outstanding and apply critical thinking in the development of an architectural end to end dependency map (calling out pre-requisite work remaining vs. efforts which can execute in parallel) Apply strong analytical process to outstanding efforts to identify unknown dependencies, considerations, opportunities, or efficiencies which might be gained. Duties Strong inter-personal and collaborative skills the team is functioning with solution-based subject matter expertise to succeed, they need the architectural vantagepoint to bring these solutions together cohesively, effectively, and as efficiently as possible (all while we continue to sustain the legacy environment through decommissioning). Experience in business process workflows and automations through SailPoint (ensuring approach and structure are effective and productive) Understanding of the legacy solutions in place currently (NetIQ, e-Directory) for full comprehension of cause and effect in the migration plans Ability to size up work efforts with estimated level of effort and time Functions with a high degree of autonomy generally, requires little or no guidance. Accountable for Architecture strategy and health of a highly complex set of business capabilities Requirements Capability and Technology Standards Defines and publish standards in a practical and consumable format. Capability Roadmaps Analyzes business needs and defines capability roadmaps and capability scorecards Solution Options Evaluates and advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities in moderately complex situations. Solution Standards Develops solution standards Architecture Defines the Conceptual, logical and transition architectures Architecture Review Board Brings forward solution recommendations for review and validation. POCs Leads POCs to validate Solution Options Communication Communicates the architecture process and identifies opportunities for improvement Research Conducts technology research for innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge share for their given area Technology Strategy Develops a subset of the technology strategy Lifecycle Roadmaps Defines the lifecycle roadmaps for a specific set of technologies within the capability, to include upgrades, migrations and decommissioning. Is able to articulate complex dependencies and implications. Able to assist with financial forecasting.
