As a Product Designer you will help create personalized digital experiences for our members and ensure they have the tools and information they need to be successful on their wellness journey.

More than a Product Design department, you’ll be part of a team of wellness-seekers on a mission to share health with the world.

What you’ll be doing…

Understand the behaviors, motivations, and goals for members throughout their wellness journey and advocate as the voice for our membersLeverage user research, analytics, and A/B testing to identify opportunities and validate designsWork collaboratively with product and engineering, as well as with other partners such as our Science teamEvaluate our new experience, validate if it is helping members, and iterate on the design based on findingsAccount for edge and deprioritized use cases with both short and long term approaches What you’ll need… Years of professional experience: (mid level) 2+ years (senior level) 4+ yearsYou have shipped products designed for consumer facing audiencesWith a sweet spot for UX and interaction design, you have a portfolio with at least 1 or 2 case studies of best-in-class work (outside of a school context), which articulates the problem you were trying to solve, demonstrates your process for finding the solution, how you validated and iterated on the solution, and what the impact of your solution was on your target audience.You understand how to gather product requirements, incorporate research, frame the problem, focus on the user, explore multiple solutions, and articulate a clear design directionYou’re well versed in interactions for both native mobile and web, and have nuanced views on how to make many of them even betterYou can prototype fast, make last-minute tweaks between user studies, know how to be extremely polished as well as quick and dirtyYou can analyze data, interviews, and user research and translates those insights into intuitive and compelling designsYou develop strong relationships with product managers, developers, designers, and business, you can substantially contribute to defining the ‘what’ as well as the ‘how’You thrive best when helping to define the requirements, not just translating them into designs At WW, it is our priority to cultivate a diverse and inclusive community.
