UX Research Designer

This is a Full-time position in Chicago, IL posted March 4, 2021.

Our client, a digital product strategy and design consultancy firm, needs a Senior Research Designer (Contract).  The organization is experiencing tremendous growth and requires someone to help lead Research on a variety of projects!

This person will own the research and decision-making process including, rationale for planning scope, determining methods/artifacts to be used, creating research insights presentations, and stakeholder workshops. 

MUST-HAVES

  • Master practitioner in Research.
  • Proven leader in areas of planning scope, determining methods and artifacts to be used on projects.
  • Ability to articulate a rationale for the planning and decision-making process.
  • Client facing and collaborative in nature
  • Team player with no ego
  • BONUS if have healthcare experience
