nn n nn nn Roles and Responsibilities nn nnThe Senior Project Manager will oversee cost management, accounting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to complete projects on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified.nn nn n nn nn Essential job duties include: nn Oversees the development and tracking of each project’s budget and schedule Develops and maintains positive relationships with GMA’s clients Ensures standard implementation of GMA’s jobsite processes and procedures Provides continuous improvement analysis and recommendation for field work Promotes the development and training of field personnel Facilitates transition of projects from estimating to the field including buy-out process Reviews all project contracts and coordinates with Legal to minimize risk to the company Attends project meetings (i.e.

Preconstruction/OAC) Oversees labor relations and ensures positive relationships with subcontractors Monitors correspondence and notices relating to contract administration Supervises Requests for Information and potential scope modifications Oversees approach to providing timely technical submittals Reviews monthly pay applications for each project Coordinates with project team regarding schedule updates and potential changes Reviews and approves monthly progress reports Monitors and mitigates liquidated damages and claims and disputes nn nn nn Performance and Recognition nn nnGMA values open communication and direct feedback with employees at consistent intervals.
