The position with be very visible to the VPs and Directors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

nn nn nn Excellent benefits with almost 6 weeks of PTO Stable company Competitive Base Salary nn nn nn Responsibilities: nn Budgeting, financial modeling (NPV, ROI, cash flow) Prepare monthly consolidated results Prepare presentation materials and supporting schedules/reports to support operational leadership.

Prepare financial analysis/reports and supporting audit work papers.

Utilize computer applications in databases, spreadsheets and word processing in a high complexity environment.

Responsible to retrieve, research and organize financial data into financial reports Be able set up and organize spreadsheets and databases; recognize financial trends and drivers communicate effectively both written and oral formats work independently and be able to function as a team lead and mentor for others; understands complex financial concepts and accounting rules able to interpret and explain these concepts; able to critical think critically, even in high-stress situations and still make timely decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration nn nn
• MBA preferred nn nn
• Strong technical and analytical skills nn nn
• 5+ years experience nn nn
• PeopleSoft experience preferred nn nn
• CPA preferred nn nn
• Healthcare experience highly preferred nn nn
• Not-for-profit, health system experience preferred nn nn
• Strong Excel and Access skills required nn nn
• High level of knowledge in databases required (SQL experience a plus) nn nn
• Financial modeling, NPV, IRR, ROI analysis nn nn
• Business analyst background
– database experience, pulling data from multiple data sources, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Suite nn nn
• Excel modeling; good with formulas, pivot data organization nn nn
• Project management focused nn nn
• Team oriented nn nn
• Good verbal and written skills.
