– Associate / Senior Associate nn nn n nn nnHoulihan Capital is seeking a candidate to fulfill the role of Associate / Senior Associate.

This individual will work in a fast-paced environment and be involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment banking engagements with a strong emphasis on sell-side M&A.nn nn nn nn Job Summary & Responsibilities: nn Develop and maintain dynamic financial models Creation of presentation materials for targeted sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory and capital raise opportunities, including research-driven writing of client materials Aggregate prospective investor lists and monitor the deal process and progression via an internal customer relationship management (CRM) system; Solicit and qualify viable investors for the firm’s investment banking clients in advance of discussions with Houlihan Capital senior management or client meetings; Assist with the aggregation of confirmatory due diligence items and requests for client M&A and capital raise transactions; Create and monitor electronic data rooms on behalf of clients and prospective investors; Attend networking events on behalf of the firm in support of both investment banking and valuation business development initiatives.

Participate in selling/pitching Houlihan’s services to clients and prospects, leveraging understanding of market dynamics and macro trends nn nn nn Qualifications: nn Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or other business-related study required Prior investment banking experience required; 2+ years’ experience, with a verifiable track record of increasing responsibilities Series 79 and Series 63 Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills required Excellent writing skills and attention to detail Effective communicator and comfortable presenting to small groups and senior executives Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously nn nn
